Winemaking: Selected in the vineyard for its flavour and its suitability to the unwooded style
Palate: Peacherine, Apricot, pineapple and mango flavours complements the rich-generous mid-palate.
Fox Creek Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2014
Winemaking: Each vineyard batch was open fermented for 7 days on skins with reduced pump-overs to accentuate the fruit flavours in the wine.
Palate: A soft rich balanced blend of blackcurrant, red cherry and plum flavours, complemented by a milk chocolate laced strawberry and raspberry mid palate.
Canapes and Drinks will be served. This is a free event. All are welcome!
